Didier's extensive operational and consulting background has resulted in his ability to fully understand the people needs of businesses.
In particular, he has demonstrated expertise in organizational design, change management, compensation, training and leadership development, corporate restructurings and general HR.
Over his more than 12 years operational HR career, Didier has worked in senior roles with Swiss and multinational companies across a range of industries including information technology, consumer goods, financial services and the chemical industry. He constantly built bridges between HR and front-line business units, with Digital Equipment Corporation International Europe and Amoco Chemicals in Europe and the United States, among others.
In compensation, Didier has a unique experience of having worked for a major multinational company and a consulting firm. As European Compensation and Benefits Manager at Philip Morris he aligned compensation plan design with evolving corporate objectives. With Hay Management Consultants he managed a country survey department.
During his 15 years consulting experience, with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting among others, clients have appreciated his ability to translate the big picture strategy into hands-on operational solutions and implementation. His combination of business acumen and facilitation skills have improved business results for organizations going through major business change with direct impact on immediate performance or mid-term development.
